We're seeking a dynamic Dispatch Manager to lead our residential dispatch operations with a focus on efficiency, team development, and exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily dispatch operations for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.

• Hire, train, and mentor dispatch staff to build a high-performing, motivated team.

• Develop and implement processes to enhance consistency, reduce costs, and drive operational excellence.

• Boost sales through strategic scheduling and upselling opportunities while maintaining top-tier customer and employee satisfaction.

• Collaborate with management to align dispatch operations with company goals and growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in dispatch management, preferably in residential home services (HVAC, electrical, or plumbing).

• Proven skills in hiring, training, and leading teams to exceed performance goals.

• Strong ability to design and implement process improvements that cut costs and enhance efficiency.

• Sales-driven mindset with a track record of increasing revenue while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

• Familiarity with dispatch software and CRM systems is a plus.
